Yes, we require a 50% deposit due at the time of booking.
All orders must be placed at least one week prior to the event date unless otherwise specified.
We will do our best to accommodate last-minute catering requests, but availability is not guaranteed. Contact us as soon as possible to discuss your needs.
We require a minimum of three days notice prior to the scheduled event date for you to receive your full deposit back. If an event is cancelled outside of the cancellation window your deposit is not guaranteed to be refunded but could be used for future events.
Yes, we deliver! Delivery and setup are available within Austin and the surrounding areas. Additional fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area. We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, traffic, or venue restrictions).
